First Visit

What to know about your first visit with us:

Consultation

At Advanced Dental Solutions, we are committed to making you feel comfortable and informed as we work together to give you the smile of your dreams. Your first visit with us will be a consultation, where we will get to know each other, discuss your goals for your smile and talk through treatment options so when you leave, you are informed and confident in your treatment plan.

To help ensure your first visit with us is a great one, please bring with you:

  • The referral slip from your referring doctor, and any supporting documents, such as x-rays
  • A list of medications you are currently taking
  • The Advanced Dental Solutions new patient paperwork. You can find it here.

Please note: All patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.

Please be sure to let our team know if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e., diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e., heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, bisphosphonate therapy, etc.).

X-Rays

If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, you may request that they send them to our office. We will gladly accept them digitally or a hard copy. Of course, we are glad to take new x-rays at our office as well.
